Job purpose:

Part of the marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the CRM specialist is in charge of the definition of the CRM strategy and its application into direct marketing campaigns for all markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Definition of liligo CRM strategy for France, US, Spain and Italy.
  • Execution of the strategy by leading the creation of newsletters, alerts, user accounts…
  • Coordination of existing direct marketing activity: campaign planning, newsletter creation, email sending and analysis
  • Enhancement of the fare alert service on both web and apps
  • Assess the performance of new projects through AB testing and analysis
  • Management of a junior CRM executive


3+ years experience in managing CRM campaigns
Good understanding of online marketing KPIs
Strong analytical capabilities
Good knowledge of web analytics tools (i.e. Google analytics)
Native French-speaker
Fluent in English
Autonomous & resourceful
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented, organised and resourceful
