The challenge:
We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to be part of the Liligo IT team, for developing high quality, testable and performance software that helps millions of our customers discover the world through travel.
Main responsibilities:
- Continuously improve and develop our metasearch engine UI based on prepared design specifications
- Plan and implement user interfaces, new features, using best practices and latest frontend technologies
- Rebuild our SEO sites infrastructure from the ground up in Angular
- Deliver code with related automatized tests and documentation, ensuring performance, reliability, scalability and security
- Making code reviews, suggest solutions paying attention to details, QA rules
- Working closely with project managers, developers, UI designers, devops- and testing engineers
- Continuously improve your engineering skill set
Our technology stack:
- Javascript ES6+ / TypeScript
- Angular 2+

- Jasmine/Karma

- GitLab CI/CD
Desirable skills:
- Mid-level knowledge of JS (ES5 / ES6+ / TypeScript)
- Mid-level knowledge of Angular 2+ (preferably)/ React / Vue or similar modern JS framework
- Strong SCSS styling and HTML5 knowledge
- Definitely a team player spirit
- Solid understanding in source controlling management (GIT)
- Mid-level in English speaking and writing
Nice to have:
- GitLab CI/CD
- Experience with high-traffic websites
- Experience with scalable web applications
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Design skills
