Traveler's Edition
Authorities at the Greek island of Alonissos have made some decisions in how to increase their tourism. A shift of focus to their diving and hiking tourism was proposed, as well as original events such as underwater weddings.
Their mission is to expand the touristic season on the island through methods that will take advantage of the natural beauty on the island and the region.
The committee is also planning on focusing on PR activity such as attracting journalists, participating in organized journalist trips and tour operating trips, participating in road shows and network with tourism industry professionals.
