The new flights will depart from San Francisco International Airport and Mineta San Jose International Airport. Destinations will include Hawaii, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and New Orleans and brings the total of flights operated by Alaska Airlines from the Bay Area up to 125 per day.

Speaking of the new routes, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Alaska Airlines Andrew Harrison said that “The 10 new San Francisco routes and three new San Jose routes offer something for both the leisure and business traveler”.

The new flights will certainly make it easier for travelers to fly across the US from the Bay Area.
