Traveler's Edition
On New Year’s Eve unsuspecting passengers on a flight to Washington, DC from Amsterdam, were treated to an impromptu performance of ‘Oh Happy Days’ as the plane prepared to land.
Members of the Virginia State University gospel choir where on the flight after staffing a European tour over the Christmas holidays.
The choir was greeted with clapping, swaying and smiles from the audience. The flight attendant couldn’t help but taking a quick snap on her own camera as the performance got in full swing.
It’s clear to see from all their smiling faces that the surprise performance made the 8 hour flight more bearable and gave them a New Year’s Eve to remember.
