Flights aren’t known for being the most exciting way to spend a few hours as you travel from A to B. Fortunately, on one Delta flight, saxophonist Kenny G was there to save the day.

Known for his awesome saxophone skills, Kenny G performed a little in flight concert over the weekend for a number of lucky passengers flying with Delta.

As part of the Delta Relay For Life, a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, passengers on board were encouraged to help reach a $1,000 target. If it happened on that flight, a performance from Kenny G was promised then and there.

Unsurprisingly given the saxophonist’s world famous status, the target was quickly reached and surpassed with a total of over $2,000 raised on board for the American Cancer Society.

True to his word, Kenny G then treated travelers to a saxophone performance at 37,000 feet – check out the video below!
