The winners of the 2015 Restaurant and Bar Design Awards took place in London last week. The entrants included airports to ship, Michelin-starred restaurants to burger vans and everything in-between.
The judging panel consisted of the most influential people in design and hospitality, chefs Marcus Wareing and Jason Atherton, restaurant critic Nick Lander and Wallpaper travel editor Lauren Ho, among others.
The Jane restaurant in Belgium won best overall restaurant and Dandelyan in London won best overall bar. So if you’re a foodie and plan your travel around the local food offerings, maybe book your flight to Belgium or London.
