Traveler's Edition
The thought of a sleepover invokes nostalgic memories of truth or dare, midnight snacks and staying up way past your bedtime. Most of us have been to at least one sleepover in our lives, but we’re willing to bet none of them took place in an actual zoo!
Well now, they can – as the Bronx zoo is offering adult only sleepovers in possibly the coolest overnight venue ever!
After checking in between 6 – 8pm, visitors will enjoy dinner and drinks, before taking part in a range of activities. There’s also the magic ingredient to every sleepover – late night snacks – before you retire to your tent for the night.
The morning involves an early 7.30am start, before breakfast, a morning yoga session and an Instagram Scavenger Hunt! You can then enjoy the zoo at your leisure to round of a pretty unique sleepover experience.
You’ll need to be over the age of 21 to take part and registration is necessary as, unsurprisingly, the overnight experiences tend to sell out! The overnight sleepover costs $350.00, or $315.00 if you’re a member of the zoo.
