A study by The Points Guy has revealed the best and worst airports in the US, with some surprising results!

Looking at factors including timeliness, accessibility and amenities, The Points Guy took a look at which airports offer a great customer experience – and those which, well, not so much.

Airports were considered based on levels of flight delays and cancellations; ease of transport to and from the airport; number of restaurants and bars; Wi-Fi fees and more.

In first place, commended for its light rail, number of restaurants and bars, and free Wi-Fi, is Phoenix Sky Harbor International. Coming in at second is Portland International, with high scores across the board, while San Diego International takes third place.

At the other end of the scale, the worst airport in the US was revealed to be New York’s LaGuardia, followed by JFK and Newark.

You can check out the full list here. Have you ever traveled through these airports? What did you think?
