If you have the opportunity to travel first class with Cathay Pacific, you’re in for a culinary treat! Cathay Pacific has teamed up with Michelin starred restaurant Tosca at the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Hong to serve haute cuisine to its passengers.
Michelin starred cuisine is great, but how about Michelin starred cuisine…at 37,000 feet?! That’s now a possibility thanks to Cathay Pacific, which is serving up a fine dining experience to passengers in business and first class.
From now on, Italian chef Pino will be in charge of preparing meals for the aforementioned travel classes on long haul flights from Hong Kong to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
On the menu: octopus terrine with a lemon and parsley salad; beef short ribs with tomato Pizzaiola sauce; lobster, almonds, romaine and pink pepper dressing and more.
Sounds delicious, right? All you’ll need to do to taste the Michelin quality airline meals is travel business or first class from Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific! We can dream…
