In the Icelandic capital, it can be quite cold in the winter (“quite” being an understatement), so as a nice gesture the low-cost airline WOW air will help the people of Reykjavik to de-ice their windscreens.
On 20 November 2015 , the temperatures dropped in Reykjavik to -10 ° C. To give a little bit back to the people of Iceland WOW Air surprised thousands of people by defrosting their car windows and giving them a free ice scraper for their future de-icing needs.
