eDreams reveals the best airlines of the world

eDreams has consulted with their customers to review the services airlines have to offer, they have analyzed more than 90,000 results from travelers all over the world in order to find out the best airline in the world.

The customers were asked to review the check-in process, in-flight service and comfort. eDreams have made an infographic which visually displays the results, view here on eDreams.

According to eDreams client review, the best American airline is Delta Air Lines with a total score of 3.84 out of 5. To put this into context, Luxair received 4.11 satisfaction rating (out of 5).

Other notable factors

Swiss International Air Lines was named the most comfortable airline in the study with a 3.58 rating. Considering Swiss International ranked third in the overall survey this demonstrates that each extra centimeter of legroom goes a long way.

Comfort is key on a flight, and often being comfortable or uncomfortable can determine how you perceive the other services. So it’s not surprising that Swiss also took the top spot for Best In-Flight service with a high rating of 4.22.
