From Central Park to the High Line, New York is home to some pretty awesome parks. Now the city is set to get yet another stunning outdoor space, with views over Manhattan’s skyline.

Domino Park, which is set to span over 11 acres by the Williamsburg waterfront, is planned to be NYC’s newest green area, slated to open in 2018. The park will stand on the site of the disused Domino Sugar Refinery and its designers, James Corner Field Operations (who also created the New York High Line), plan to make use of machinery from the factory in creating the park.

A 450 foot long elevated walkway called the Artifact Walk, for example, will feature cranes from the factory and runs the length of its old sugar storage warehouse.

There will also be plenty of green space, sports areas, a kids park and more.

Sounds pretty great, right? Time to book those flights to New York!
