Prepare yourself. Thanksgiving travel is set to jump to a whopping 25.3 million this year, rising 3% from last year.
Airlines for America, the trade group for the nation’s airline industry, predict an extra 65,000 passengers per day to be cramming into the airports from November 20 to December 1.
The busiest days are predicted to be Nov 29, Nov 30 and Nov 25 (in that order.)
It’s believed that the increase is due to the many cheap flight routes available and discounted seats.
