Brilliant customer service can often be the difference between a good and a great experience, and it seems that airline passengers agree. In a recent survey, looking at what makes a flight a positive experience, conducted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), 23% answered that “attentive cabin crew” are key.
In second place was getting helpful e-notifications from airlines, with 21% highlighting this as a contributing factor to a good flight.
Also important was in-flight WiFi access, entertainment and baggage claim.
