Would you book a vacation without knowing the destination or the itinerary? A new travel start up is hoping that for some, the answer is yes!

Travel company Pack Up + Go will organize a three day weekend getaway for you, and they want to keep things spontaneous. To that end, you won’t know where you’re going until the date of departure!

To ensure they’re on the right tracks, you have to fill in a survey detailing the type of vacations you enjoy, the last few trips you took, your hobbies and interests and more. You’ll also need to let them know your budget and travel dates, and then it’s time to relax and let them do the leg work!

A week before your trip you’ll receive an email with essential information about your vacation – such as the weather forecast and any must-pack items. With a few days ago until departure, an envelope will arrive in the mail containing…drum roll please, your destination! You’re encouraged not to open it until the day of departure to keep things exciting and surprising.

What do you think of the idea of a mystery vacation?
